In a landmark ruling, the Court of Appeal declared Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere the indisputable winner of the Ideato House of Representatives seat. This victory, which quashed his disqualification and thwarted attempts by the APC and LP to steal his mandate, was hailed as "madness taken too far" by the court. Hon. Aliyu Mustapha Abdullahi, a prominent member representing Ikara/Kubau Federal Constituency in Kaduna State and Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Petroleum Resources (Downstream), extends his heartfelt congratulations to Ikenga for this significant win.


This victory symbolizes the triumph of democracy, justice, and the resilience of the people's will. Ikenga's unwavering dedication to his constituents and democratic values has been duly acknowledged. The joyous celebrations in Ideato and beyond reflect the relief felt by the people, who staunchly supported Ikenga despite vehement opposition.
